Mango Bay Internet offers this help center for all of your questions.
We offer 24 x 7 technical support for our customers. Specifically,
the support options are as follows:
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Technical support information,
Email support, Payments, Billing and Use policies can be accessed at
the top of this screen.
- Select the on-line chat button to the left to engage a live
technician during normal business hours and occasionally on nights
as weekends. The button will indicate whether or not a live
technician is available for chat.
- Call our office at 216.335.9255 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F.
- We have an after-hours voicemail/dispatch system that allows you
to leave a message for technical support. Select option 2 for
technical support, and then select option 9 and you will get our
emergency dispatch mailbox. Leave all pertinent information and a
technician will be paged. Your call will be returned within 90
minutes.
- We offer Premium Support/Consulting contracts that can help your
business with network/pc support issues. Please inquire
within. If you have a Premium Support Contract, please
indicate that to our technicians when calling in.
