Mango Bay has been our ISP for the last 2-3 years. We just
wanted to let you know that we have been extremely impressed with
your customer service.
We have had some technical issues (usually user error...) and some
billing questions. Not only have your customer service reps
responded in a timely manner, they have also gone above and beyond
in making follow-up calls just to be sure everything was working
properly.
