We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, passionate, personable, motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as lead Sales Manager. This position is a full-time, base salary plus commission position with paid vacations, health, dental and vision insurance along with and employee IRA program matched by yours truly.

Responsibilities:
Contact existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
Respond to new customer leads
Schedule sales calls
Prepare sales proposals based on our process
Present sales presentations to prospective customers
Follow up and close deals
Seek out new business
Assist when needed on projects that you sold ensuring total customer satisfaction
Create new and innovative sales campaigns
Attend and exhibit at conferences and events
Be a Team Player
Make sure you set expectations with customers
Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
College degree preferred or lots of sales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Self-motivated
Have experience in technology sales
Be Internet savvy
Be able to talk with everyone from a laborer to the President of a company
Be able to track your sales growth
Excellent follow-up skills
Punctual and energetic
Ability to convey that we have the best solutions for our prospective customers
