An on-line chat function is available to engage a live technician during normal business hours and occasionally on nights as weekends. The chat function will appear at the bottom right of the screen if we are available.

We have an after-hours voicemail/dispatch system that allows you to leave a message for technical support. Select option 2 for technical support, and then select option 9 and you will get our emergency dispatch mailbox. Leave all pertinent information and a technician will be paged. Your call will be returned within 90 minutes.
We offer Premium Support/Consulting contracts that can help your business with network/pc support issues. Please inquire within. If you have a Premium Support Contract, please indicate that to our technicians when calling in.
